Q. Can I operate anywhere in Nigeria as an Agent Manager?
A. If you register as a National UP Agent Manager for N75, 000, then you can recruit agents from anywhere in Nigeria. Whereas State Level registration as a UP Agent Manager is N50, 000 and you can only operate and earn from your selected state.
Q. When do I receive my commissions from UP?
A. Immediately the transaction is executed via PayAttitude. However, for transactions Via POS, it is T +1(i.e. Next day)
Q. What is a UP Agent account and how do I fund it?
A. This is the prepaid account funded for agency transactions and receipt of commissions as an agent. This is funded via a bank-linked account to PayAttitude or from your bank’s online banking platform by selecting PayAttitude online from the list of available institutions or from a third party’s online banking platform. It can also be funded by your Agent Manager at UP Agent account set up, if referred.
Q. What is a UP Agent Manager account and how do I fund it?
A. This is the Agent Manager prepaid account created automatically when registering as an Agent Manager for the receipt of commissions as an Agent Manager from registration and subsequent transactions by agents whom you referred to UP. Please note that they must have inputted your phone number as their referee upon their independent registration or have been set up by you via the PayAttitude app. This is funded with your commissions upon agents’ transactions.

Q. What transactions can I carry out as a UP Agent?
A. Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, Airtime Vending, Bills Payment. More services will be added in due course.
Q. What activities and transactions can be carried out by the UP Agent Manager?
A. Agent Recruiting and Monitoring. In order to perform any other activities, the Agent Manager will have to register as an agent.
Q. What activities and transactions can be carried out by the UP Super -Agent?
A. Sub- Agent recruitment and monitoring, fully funded by the Super-Agent. In order to perform any other activities, the UP Super-Agent will have to register as an agent.
Q. Can I open multiple Agent Accounts?
A. Yes, you can open as many locations as you want to activate. Each Account is tied to one phone and one phone number. Also, see Super-Agent.
Q. Can I access my UP Agent profile on more than one device?
A. No. One device and one phone number at any given time. However, you can migrate your details to another phone.
Q. Can I access my Agent Manager Profile on more than one device?
A. Yes. There is a web front office portal where you can set up Agents either individually or in bulk.
\ Q. What minimum tools do I need to operate as an Agent or Agent Manager?
A. An Android phone / tablet or iPhone/iPad.
Q. Will UP provide these minimum tools?
A. No. this is provided by the Agent or Up Agent Manager.
