Ben is a Marketing professional and currently Group Head in the Financial Institutions Directorate of the Company.

He is a pioneer staff of the Company and has worked in different capacities within the Administrative and Business structures and has been team member in several transformational initiatives leading up to the growth, expansion and current diversification of the Company. Prior to joining UP®, he worked at Financial Mortgage (Savings & Loans) Ltd, Lagos, as a Credit & Marketing Officer.

Ben is a graduate of Yaba College of Technology as well as an MBA holder (Marketing bias) from the Lagos State University. He is an Associate Member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Intermediate Member of the International Academy of Cards & Payments, UK, and has also attended several leadership, management and marketing courses across different learning centers, ranging from Lagos Business School to Cornell University, USA.
